Reykjavik Terminal

Reykjavik, Iceland Advanced Studio Critic: Peggy Deamer As a response to the dilemma of whether to move the existing domestic terminal outside Reykjavik, the project tries to keep the terminal inside the city, while finding a new meaning for its existence through circulation, traffic and movement. The new terminal is located at the intersection of two grid systems and will serve as the new transportation hub of Reykjavik combining the airport terminal with the local bus terminal.
